FUE CROSS FIT COMPETITION 2021
Department of Student Life, FUEnergy Gym is gladly announcing the beginning of the third CROSS FIT competition for males and females on Monday 12/4/2021 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Prizes will be:
- 1st Place: 1000 EGP
- 2nd Place: 750 EGP
- 3rd Place: 500 EGP
The competition will go around 3 main workouts;
1- Push-Up (1 Minute)
2- ABS (1 Minute)
3- Jump Rope (1 Minute)
4- Squat (1 Minute)
Who do the highest count with the correct style, win.
